With extensive experience in the Railway Sector, Mariano García Ruiz has held various positions of responsibility in important projects and construction works in the Spanish high speed network: GSM-R Mobile Telecommunications in the Madrid-Lleida, Córdoba-Málaga and Madrid-Valencia-Albacete-Alicante High Speed Lines, including GSM-R Fixed and Mobile Telephony in the Madrid-Toledo and Madrid-Segovia-Valladolid High Speed Lines. 

He is the Head of Telecommunications in the General Directorate of Conservation and Maintenance at the Railway Infrastructure Administrator Adif, a state-owned company attached to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA) of Spain. But he has also been Head of ATLAS Implementation at IBM Global Services, worked as a Project Development Technician at Atos and was Head of the Information and Communications Systems Department at Sirsa, among other notable experiences. 

Likewise, he shares this activity and thanks to his vast experience and accumulated knowledge, with university teaching, being a teacher and tutor in exclusive online postgraduate programs.
