In most countries, especially in Anglo-Saxon countries, universities offer their own private degrees. It is the universities themselves that design the degrees and endorse them with their own prestige. Universities such as Stanford, Harvard, Cambridge or Oxford base their success on their own Master's Degrees.
Most universities have their own master's degree programs and official master's degree programs.
The university-specific master's degrees are endorsed by the prestige of the university or institution that offers them. The university master's degrees or official master's degrees require a study process that is more oriented towards research and academia, including a Master's thesis. These are endorsed by the Education Authority.
Recognition in the Labor Market
Official degrees are usually (not always) a requirement for employment in the civil service. In general, companies do not take into account whether the degree is official or private when hiring a professional, but rather the prestige of the program, its faculty, the University and the fact that it provides the student with the knowledge and skills required by the profile they are looking for.
Access to a Doctorate
Current regulations do not allow credits obtained in a private master's degree to count towards access to a doctorate. In order to access a doctorate in the university system, one must have completed an official master's degree. It is estimated that typically only 1 in 10,000 professionals show interest in this route.
Academic design: duration, access requirements...
Our own masters are fully adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). TECH applies evaluation processes and academic requirements to the study plans of these master's degrees similar to those followed by official master's degrees.
Calls for public employment
Official master's degrees are sometimes required to access some jobs advertised by public administrations. However, it depends on each position and the institution that offers it, to establish the access requirements. In the case of job openings at private institutions or companies or from foreign countries, again, the institution or company will be the one to establish the requirements. Especially in the private sector, but also at the international level, many calls for applications include both official master's degrees as well as university-specific master's degrees.
University professors vs. industry professionals
As is the case at the undergraduate or doctoral level, most of the teaching in official master's programs is carried out by professors from the university awarding the degree. On the other hand, the university-specific master's degrees generally incorporate professionals from the sector into the teaching team.
Practical orientation
The university-specific master's degrees were created in the 1990s with the aim of providing a practical vision oriented to professional reality. They incorporate professionals from the sector who provide the professional orientation demanded by the labor market. The official master's degrees, although starting to appear in 2006, are aimed at young people who are seeking access to a specific competitive examination that requires this degree (approximately 0.5% of the competitive examinations) or to obtain a doctorate (0.01% of master's degree students seek a doctorate).
Both the official master's degrees and university-specific master's degrees are endorsed by TECH, which designs the various studies in an educational manner and endorses them with its prestige. TECH is the world's largest online university. TECH leads the way, providing quality, diversified, multidisciplinary and flexible teaching, adjusted to the needs of society and adapted to the new models in the world of knowledge.

Click on the red "register now" button, complete the form, and enter the information carefully so that your data is correct. In order to receive your login details, you will need to pay the program fee through the secure payment gateway on this portal. If your advisor is assisting you in the registration process, you will be required to provide them with your credit card information for automatic direct debit.
When you register for your program, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your purchase. You can always enquire about other forms of payment by contacting our telephone advisors at (+34) 965075067
If you register and make the corresponding payment, and then for any reason you are unable to start the program, you must formally communicate it in order to assess the possibility of starting the program on another date. It is important to know that the amount already paid for the program is not refundable in any case, and the cancellation of the course will have to be assessed by the corresponding department in each case.
Your training has an initial and final deadline, if you do not finish within this period, you will have to opt for re-registration, which will give you the same period you had before.
If your personal consultant has arranged for you to pay for your program in installments, payments are due from the 1st to the 5th of each month. It is important to note that the first payment corresponds to your registration and therefore your reservation of a place in the corresponding program, and this payment is due the day after the order is placed. Once the assessments have been approved, it will be necessary for all payments to have been made in order to be able to apply to the university for the issuance of the degree or the provisional certificate of the program that has been completed.
Each program has its own characteristics.
- TECH's own degrees are 100% online, with no company internships or final project, with the exception of the Hybrid Professional Master's Degree and Internship Programs, which will have on-site internships.
- On the other hand, the official degrees have the following characteristics:
- University Degree: they have internships and final degree project.
- Bachelor's Degree: they do not have internships or final project.
- Baccalaureate's Degree: they all have a Baccalaureate's final project and, in some cases, internships.
- Master's Degree: all of them have a Master's final project and, in some cases, internships.
- Official Andorran Master's Degree: all of them have a Master's final project and, in some cases, internships.
- Official Master's Degree: there are no internships or master's final project, except for Colombian students, who do complete a master's final project.
- Doctoral Degree: no internships but the completion of a doctoral thesis.

Our university is the first in the world to combine the study of clinical cases with a 100% online learning system based on repetition, combining 8 to 14 different elements in each lesson, which represent a revolution with respect to simply studying and analyzing cases. This methodology is at the forefront of world teaching and is called Re-learning®.
TECH is the first university licensed to use this successful method, having achieved in 2015 the improvement of the overall satisfaction levels (teaching quality, quality of materials, course structure, objectives...) of professionals who complete postgraduate courses regarding the indicators of the best online university on the international university scene.
In TECH programs, learning is not a linear process, but happens in a spiral (we learn -unlearn (forget) and relearn); that is why we combine each of these elements in a concentric way.
More than 500,000 students have been trained through the Re-learning® methodology, making this initiative an unprecedented success.
The score obtained by our learning system is 8.01, according to the highest international standards. The largest online university in the world

The present General Terms and Conditions shall govern the contracting of the different Studies offered on the Webpage and the use of the Virtual Campus by the Students.
Checking the box of acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions during the enrollment process through the Website or during the telephone enrollment process through the Token system, implies the acceptance, without reservation of any kind, of these General Terms and Conditions by the Student, having the same validity as their signature in person. In this way, the Student acknowledges that they are a person with sufficient capacity to acquire the obligations arising from their actions through the Website, that they have previously read and understand its contents.
If students wish to contact TECH for any questions or incidents, please use the following email address informacion@techtitute.com or contact through the telephone number (+34) 965075067 from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 10 pm.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to modification, being applicable those in force at the time of enrollment in any of the Studies offered by TECH through the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process. These General Terms and Conditions will remain freely available on TECH's Website and will be provided to Students enrolling in any of the Studies offered by TECH, together with the confirmation of the signed contract within a reasonable period of time after completing the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process, always before the start of the corresponding Study.
TECH may at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Terms and Conditions by publishing such modifications on its Website or by sending any type of communication to the Students. Such modification shall not affect the Studies whose Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process took place previously.
These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force until such time as the Student terminates the Study for any of the reasons stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions, regardless of those clauses which by their nature survive the termination of the contractual relationship between the parties.
The purpose of the Website is to facilitate the knowledge of the general public of the activities and services provided by TECH, making available to the Students detailed information about the Studies offered.
The descriptions of the courses (including their content, price and duration) can be consulted on the Web Page, in the "studies" section, or by requesting more information through the channels indicated on the Website. In this regard, the Students declare that they are aware of and accept the price, duration, characteristics of the program and the conditions for contracting the teaching services of the Study in which they decide to enroll prior to the completion of the enrollment process.
All courses offered by TECH will be taken completely online through the platform that TECH will make available on the Virtual Campus and can be taken from any country in the world.
TECH reserves the right not to offer the degrees that do not reach a minimum number of enrolled students that allows for good teaching development, in which case the Student may choose between the full refund of the amounts paid, the maintenance of the registration until the next call or the formalization of the registration in another academic program (paying the Student the difference that may exist between the two programs). The notification, which will be sent as soon as the circumstances make it possible, of not starting the program because of it being impossible due to the minimum number of students required to form a group not being reached, will not entitle the Student to any claim for compensation and/or damages in addition to the reimbursement of the amounts paid.
- Online Enrollment
In order to enjoy any of the Studies offered by TECH, the Student must follow the Online Enrollment procedure, which includes completing all the fields marked as mandatory (*) in the form, indicating the method of payment and, finally, clicking on "Formalize Enrollment". To do so, the Student must confirm that they have read and accept both these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Then, the Student will be redirected to the payment process corresponding to the selected payment method, which may be the payment gateway in case of selecting payment by credit card or the bank detail collection form in case of choosing to pay from their bank account. Once the payment has been made correctly, the page will inform you that the enrollment has been successfully completed.
The contract between TECH and the Student is perfected from the moment in which the Student completes the Online Enrollment process, being understood that following the enrollment procedure and the inclusion of all the requested data, together with the ticking of the box related to the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, is a direct manifestation of having read them and an unequivocal will of the Student to accept them.
After this, TECH will send to the email address provided by the Student, within a reasonable period of time after the completion of the Online Enrollment process, an email acknowledging receipt and confirmation of enrollment in the corresponding Study ("Confirmation Email").
Subsequently, the Student will receive an email with their access codes to the Virtual Campus, TECH's platform through which the contracted service will be provided. Detailed information on the registration process and the use of the Campus is provided in the section "Virtual Campus" of these General Terms and Conditions.
The data entered by the Student in the Online Enrollment process will be subsequently confirmed by them in the Virtual Campus. Likewise, Students may modify their data, including the password to access the Virtual Campus, at any time in the Virtual Campus.
The data provided by the Students must be accurate, current and truthful at all times. Under no circumstances will TECH be responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the Students, so each one of them is responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of accuracy, veracity and timeliness of the data. TECH shall not be liable in the event that the contracted service cannot be provided as a result of an error in the data provided by the Student.
- Telephone Enrollment
TECH offers Students the possibility of enrolling in any of its Studies by telephone, assisted by an agent or salesperson.
During the call, the TECH agent or salesperson will ask the Student for the necessary information to proceed with the enrollment of the Student in the corresponding Study, as well as information on the method of payment. Once the process of registering the Student's data in TECH's internal systems has been completed by the agent or salesperson, the Student will receive all the information about the corresponding Study by e-mail. This e-mail will include a link to provide payment details and confirm enrollment.
At the Student's discretion, the phone call and, therefore, the assistance of the TECH agent or salesperson, may end at this point or continue until the end of the enrollment process.
The Student must access the link provided, enter the payment details in the payment gateway in case they have chosen to pay by credit card or in the bank details collection form in case of payment on account and click on "Formalize Enrollment". To do so, the Student must confirm that they have read and accepts both these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Once the information about the course has been received and the payment details have been entered, and the legal texts have been accepted, the website will inform the Student that the enrollment has been successfully completed.
The Student can also provide the payment details by telephone prior to confirmation by electronic means. In this case, the Student will receive by e-mail all the information about the corresponding Study and a link to review the payment details and confirm the enrollment.
The contract between TECH and the Student is completed from the moment the Student completes the Telephone Enrollment process, which will take place with the confirmation of the enrollment and the ticking of the box related to the acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions, through the link present in the previous e-mail.
After this, TECH will send to the e-mail address provided by the Student, within a reasonable period of time after the completion of the Telephone Enrollment process, an e-mail acknowledging receipt and confirmation of enrollment in the corresponding Study ("Confirmation E-mail").
Subsequently, the Student will receive an e-mail with their access codes to the Virtual Campus, TECH's platform through which the contracted service will be provided. Detailed information on the registration process and the use of the Campus is provided in the section "Virtual Campus" of these General Terms and Conditions.
The data indicated by the Student in the Online Enrollment process will be subsequently confirmed by them in the Virtual Campus.
Virtual Campus
- Registration process
In order to benefit from the contracted service, i.e. to take the course, the Student must access the Virtual Campus available in the "campus access" section of the Website and sign up using the credentials provided by e-mail.
The registration in the Virtual Campus will be completely free of charge, except for the cost of the Study and the cost related to the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the Student.
Once the sign up has been completed, the Student must confirm the personal data (identification and personal contact information) provided in the Online Enrollment form or during the Telephone Enrollment process and, if necessary, may modify those that they consider appropriate.
The use of the Virtual Campus and, therefore, the access to the teaching material and content (books, videos, diagrams, images, etc.) available to the Students is personal and non-transferable and, therefore, it is forbidden to access or make it available to third parties.
The Student agrees that the password chosen during the registration process on the Platform will be personal and non-transferable, and may not be transferred, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, the Student agrees to make diligent use and to keep the password used to access the Virtual Campus secret. In the event that the Student knows or suspects that their password has been lost, stolen or used by a third party, they should notify TECH as soon as possible. Each Student shall be liable for any damages caused to themselves, to TECH and/or to any third party by the use of the Virtual Campus by any third party that uses the password of the aforementioned Student as a result of improper or negligent use or loss of the same by the latter.
In any case, any operations carried out prior to such communication shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Student, who shall be liable for any damages arising from any unauthorized access and/or use made prior to such communication.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, TECH will make its best efforts to inform the Student of any behavior that presents indications of fraud so that the Student can verify as soon as possible the existence of any misappropriation or misuse of their account.
- Access and use requirements.
The registration and use of the Virtual Campus will be limited exclusively to Students over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity and who have a computer (PC or Macintosh), Tablet or smartphone, Internet connection and an e-mail account.
All the resources of the Virtual Campus are integrated and their access is through an Internet browser, therefore, it will not be necessary to install any additional software on the device used by the Student.

- Formalization of the Relationship Between TECH and the Students
The contract between TECH and the Student is completed from the moment the Student completes the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process, regardless of the access to the Virtual Campus by the Student. The Student is solely responsible for accessing the Virtual Campus and taking the course in which they have enrolled.
Both the Online Enrollment procedure and the subsequent registration in the Virtual Campus will be processed and formalized, at the Student's choice, in any of the languages in which these General Terms and Conditions are available on the Website.
All prices of the Studies shown on the Website are final prices, expressly including all applicable taxes and fees. Said prices will be shown in the local currency. In the event that the final price changes due to increases or discounts that may be applicable, expenses charged to the Student and/or additional expenses for accessory products and/or services, means of payment, etc., the Student will be informed during the Online Enrollment and Telephone Enrollment process in a detailed manner and prior to the time of payment.
Prices are subject to change at any time up to the formalization of the enrollment. In this way, possible changes in the price will not affect the contracting process with respect to the Students who have already received the Confirmation E-Mail.
In the Online Enrollment and Telephone Enrollment process, the Student must select the mode and method of payment from the available options. The available payment methods are direct debit and credit card payment for Spain, in other countries payment via PayPal is available. In both cases, the Student may choose to pay in cash or in installments.

In the event that the enrollment fee has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, TECH will make every effort to ensure that the corresponding debit entries and re-crediting of TECH's and the cardholder's accounts are made as soon as possible.
However, if the payment has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for reimbursement is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cardholder shall be liable to TECH for any damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Each of the Studies has a defined term of completion or duration (hereinafter, "Term"), set forth in the course description.
By enrolling, the Student expressly accepts the Term indicated and acknowledges that they are informed of the start and end date. From the beginning of the Term and throughout the duration of the course, the enrolled Students will have access, through the Virtual Campus, to all the contents and teaching materials of the course in digital format according to the schedule established in the Virtual Campus.
When the Term ends, the relationship between the Student and TECH shall be deemed terminated. If the Student does not finish the course within the established Term, they will not have the right to continue their Studies.
Once the Student has passed all the modules that make up the Study (bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree) in which they have enrolled and, if applicable, passed the degree requirements, the Student will obtain a full certificate of studies that mentions the subjects taken and the grades obtained, as well as the bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctoral degree duly stamped and validated. And, if necessary, the legalization and/or apostille of the documents issued will be arranged.
Records are generated on a monthly basis. Once the records have been issued, students who have passed all the modules will receive their degree certificate by e-mail within two and a half to three months, without the need to pay any fee.
The Student may request a duplicate of the certificate at any time, paying the corresponding fees.
- Due time and form
The Student has a maximum deadline of ##DURATIONCONDITIONS## calendar days from the receipt of the Confirmation of Enrollment E-mail to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to carry out the right of withdrawal, the Student must contact TECH at informacion@techtitute.com, telephone (+34) 965075067, notifying their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement ("Notice of Withdrawal"). For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form attached as an Annex to these General Terms and Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning their exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- Consequences of withdrawal
Upon receipt of a timely Notice of Withdrawal, TECH will acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal to the Student in written form and thereafter, a TECH agent will contact the Student to ascertain the reason for the withdrawal and confirm their decision.
In the event of confirmation of the withdrawal decision, TECH will refund to the Student all payments received without undue delay and in any event no later than ##DURATIONCONDITIONS## calendar days from the date on which they notify the withdrawal decision.
In this regard, the refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Student for the initial transaction, unless the Student indicates otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which they wish the refund to be made. TECH will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

- Use of the contents: TECH provides all the contents of the Virtual Campus, under certain conditions, and in good faith, and will make its best efforts to keep them permanently updated and current; however, TECH cannot take any responsibility for the use or access made by the Students outside the scope for which they are provided, whose ultimate responsibility will correspond to the Student. - Virus: TECH is committed to implementing all necessary measures to try to guarantee Students the absence of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and similar elements in its Virtual Campus. However, these measures are not infallible and, therefore, TECH cannot fully ensure the absence of such harmful elements. Consequently, TECH shall not be responsible for any damages that these may cause to the user.
- Technical failures: TECH has completed all necessary contracts for the continuity of the Virtual Campus and will make its best efforts to ensure that it does not suffer interruptions, but cannot guarantee the absence of technical failures, nor the permanent availability of the Virtual Campus and the different functionalities included in it and, consequently, assumes no liability for damages that may be generated by the lack of availability and access failures caused by disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network outages not attributable to TECH.

However, TECH only acts in these forums as a meeting place and does not control the expressions expressed therein, and therefore assumes no responsibility for the veracity or relevance of the statements made therein by the Students.
- Likewise, TECH provides all the means at its disposal in order to carry out the purchase, payment and delivery process to guarantee the contracted service. Nonetheless, it is exempt from responsibility for causes that are not attributable to it, such as situations of force majeure or technical failures that prevent normal operation of the service through the Internet, lack of availability of the Website or the Virtual Campus for maintenance or other reasons, and the damages caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules and instructions established by TECH or through the violation of security systems.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, TECH declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and the Virtual Campus and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and in terms of the contents published.

- Resignation
The resignation or failure by either party to exercise in any respect any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of the applicable right or provision.
