Dr. Felipe Villar Álvarez is a Medical Specialist in Pulmonology. He has more than a decade of experience in this area in which he is also an expert in COPD, Infectious Diseases, Asthma, Lung Cancer, Sleep and Smoking. Thanks to his outstanding professional career, he has become Associate Head of the Pulmonology Department of the Jiménez Díaz Foundation University Hospital in Madrid. 

He has been awarded nine grants to carry out research projects. He is the author of a large number of national and international publications, editor of several books and author of many chapters, as well as having participated in many congresses and courses in his specialty.
