Agribusiness and Food Quality are two of the main areas of expertise of Erica Escandell Clapés, specialist in Food Science and Technology. Her in-depth knowledge in this field led her to develop consulting functions for the food industry independently and as a member of an entity specialized in food hygiene.  

Clapés Escandell's high competences in this field, as well as his team management skills, have led him to occupy a position of maximum responsibility in the Food Quality and Safety Department of several relevant companies in the sector, such as Grupo Subirats.
