Talia Dombriz Martialay is an Architect expert in Passive Houses and Nearly Zero or Zero Energy Buildings (nZEB) under the PASSIVHAUS standard, as well as in International Sustainability in LEED, BREEAM and WELL Certifications. After a professional career of more than twenty years, she has held positions such as Project Director of DMDV Arquitectos and Co-Founder and CEO of CENERGETICA, a sustainability consultancy. 

In addition, she combines her work with teaching in different educational centers and has participated in multiple congresses related to the construction and design of passive and near-zero consumption buildings and is the author of multiple articles on the same subject.
