Manuel del Río González is a Naval Engineer, expert in the application of composites to warships and submarines. At the same time, he has investigated the cruise market and its environmental impact.  

He is the author of several publications that have appeared in academic journals of international prestige, analyzing inter-port navigation flows. He is currently a member of one of the most renowned engineering organizations in Europe, where he deploys his outstanding technical skills and theoretical knowledge.
