Dr. Navea Tejerina currently holds the position of Medical Director of the Institute of Retina and Ocular Diseases. She also held this position at Fisabio-Ophthalmology (FOM), where she was also head of the Retina Unit. Throughout her long professional career she has been in charge of the Ophthalmology Collection of the FISABIO Biobank. Amparo Nevea Tejerina also has research experience and has publications, communications, congresses and the direction of multiple theses.
