Agricultural Engineer Álvaro Fernández de Juan is an Animal Nutrition Specialist who has focused his career in research in this field and in the practical development of his knowledge in companies oriented to the commercialization of products and services for animal and plant production. 

His interest in scientific study allowed him to delve into the analysis of the effects of temperature on animal production, the quality and in vitro protein digestibility of commercial soybean meals of different origins for use in poultry feed or the duration of the period of food restriction and its effect on feeding behavior, being a regular participant in congresses related to Animal Nutrition.
