Coach Iago Castro Martínez has been working in this position in the world of basketball since he was 16 years old. A long career that has consolidated him as a coach capable of leading professional teams to the top. This is attested to by the titles he has won, such as the Queen's Cup, LEB Gold League Champion and promotion to the Endesa League with Breogán Lugo.  

In addition to her sporting milestones, she has a great capacity for game analysis, for individual work with the players and her communication skills that have allowed her to connect with the players and develop in different specialized talks.  

Apart from his extraordinary sporting facet, Castro Martínez is a Primary Education Teacher, so teaching has always been an area he has always wanted to cultivate.
