Jorge Sáez Carretero is a viticulture professional who has worked in important companies in the sector. In this sense, he has been responsible for this area in Bodegas Cepa 21, managing and controlling 50 hectares of high-quality vineyards. Likewise, at this stage he has been in charge of the organization and planning of the harvest, as well as preparing annual budgets. 

He also previously worked as a Viticulture Technician at Bodegas Fontana, supporting the management of 400 hectares of irrigated vineyards with organic quality certification. In addition, Jorge Sáez Carretero also has experience in R+D+i, deepening in global solutions to improve wine production in the face of climate change, based on Robotics, IT Technology and Biotechnological Strategies. 

In addition, he has a research career with which he has made contributions on vine burns by ultraviolet radiation in the spring. In this way, he demonstrates a very complete professional and research background in Viticulture.
