Dr. Enrique Gimeno Carpio is an acclaimed specialist in Dermatology with more than 35 years of experience in this specialty, in which he has a wide mastery of phototherapeutic techniques to treat uremic pruritus, atopic dermatitis, cutaneous lymphoma, vitiligo and psoriasis. Therefore, he has practiced his profession in centers that are at the forefront in his specialty, where he has also been able to assume positions of high responsibility in the area of Dermatology and Venerology. 

Throughout his career, he has combined clinical practice with teaching and research, as he has to his credit nearly 60 scientific publications in international and national journals, about thirty lectures and more than a hundred posters.

The recognition of his work has come through four awards granted by various scientific associations, such as the one received by the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, the Valencian Section of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology, the Spanish Group of Aesthetic and Therapeutic Dermatology and the XXX National Congress of Dermatology and Venereology.
