Dr. Sonsoles Aragón Álvarez after graduating and obtaining her PhD in Medicine at the University of Valencia, with her thesis based on the "Effect of antioxidant agents in experimental models of pulmonary fibrosis", continued her specialization in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Pain Treatment, developing her excellent work at the La Ribera University Hospital. 

She has also been active in the research area, specifically to verify the effects of certain drugs in anxious patients and without available peripheral route, work published by the Spanish Journal of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation, the official means of dissemination of this specialty par excellence.
