Patricia Nieto Rojas is a researcher who, after obtaining her PhD in Law, has collaborated in national and international projects mainly related to the study of the representation of workers in the company. In the same line, she has analyzed the application of equality plans in companies or the effectiveness of their conciliation measures. As a result of this activity, she is the author of several scientific publications, including conference papers.

Passionate about offering her knowledge to future professionals, she has taught classes related to labor and business law in university studies. She has also provided technical assistance to trade unions and employers' associations.
