Miguel Castell has a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. Postgraduate Certificate in Nursing, he has a long career of around three decades working as a teacher, instructor and facilitator. 

He is a Professor at the Valencian School of Health Studies, teaching on issues related to Relaxation Techniques, Stress Management, Wellness, among others. This work has also been carried out at the Official College of Nursing. He has also worked as a Facilitator at the Medintegra Clinic, being a Personal Facilitation Counselor.
