Experience

Elisa Redondo de la Mata is an Aerospace, Navigation and Aerospace Systems Engineer with a Master in Industrial Management and Project Management from Madrid and a Master in Aerospace Engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. 

Her career has been based on technical safety and risk management in aviation in which she has held various positions such as Operations and Airport Safety Specialist at Aena, Team Leader of Airport projects at Ineco and then internationalized in Australia with the position of System Safety Engineer at Plan Safe, a company specialized in safety design and member of the National Association for the Aviation, Aerospace and Space Industries of Australia. 

There she serves as a qualified Aerospace Engineer with extensive experience in aviation safety, including airport safety management and air traffic management. In addition, another field in which she has developed has been professional training, as she has been able to work as a Training Specialist for ATCO and SAERCO organizations within the same aviation and navigation sector, as well as other exclusive postgraduate studies.
