With an extensive career spanning more than 30 years in the Radiodiagnostic Service, Dr. Carlos Casillas Meléndez is a specialist in Musculoskeletal, Abdominal and Oncological Pathology. His great professional expertise has led him to direct the implementation of the MRI teams of the Quirón Clinic in Valencia, the University Hospital of La Ribera in Alzira and the Provincial Hospital of Castellón. 

Likewise, and thanks to the level of his expertise, he is Head of the Radiodiagnosis Service at the Provincial Hospital of Castellón, President of the Spanish Society of Diagnostic Imaging of the Abdomen (SEDIA) and Vice President of the Society of Radiology of the Valencian Community. 

He has also participated in different research projects and has been involved in teaching and MIR training in different universities. Among his scientific production, he has 105 communications in congresses of the specialty, 12 articles published in national journals, 16 articles in foreign journals and 10 book chapters.
