With an extensive career in Customer Service, Nuria Camps is a versatile professional with a solid academic background in the field of Tourism and Quality Management. Expert in Tourism Destination Marketing, she has extensive experience in training and teaching. In this sense, she has worked as a trainer in Customer Experience for prestigious companies and business associations, performing internal management and consulting functions. She has also worked in key areas such as Development and Engagement and has participated in the implementation and monitoring of the Employee Experience.  

 
Throughout the exercise of her profession and under her certification as Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2015, she has been a trainer in Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems in renowned companies such as Quality & Methode, standing out as an expert in quality regulations and processes.
