Teaching Methods and Personalized Education have evolved driven by the need to address diversity in the classroom and to enhance the use of educational technologies. In addition, personalized approaches, which consider individual differences in students' pace, style and abilities, have been consolidated through the use of adaptive learning platforms and interactive digital resources.

And since the best way to perfect these skills is through practice, TECH has designed a program consisting of a 120-hour stay in an educational center of reference in the field of Teaching Methods and Personalized Education. 

In this way, during 3 weeks, the graduate will become part of a team of specialists of the highest level, with whom they will actively work in the development of innovative teaching plans, dealing with real students. In this way, they will be able to update not only on the most effective learning strategies, but also implement tools to better understand the individual needs of students, design inclusive curricula and apply methodologies such as Cooperative Learning and Multiple Intelligences.

Furthermore, during the stay, you will have the support of an assistant tutor, who will ensure that the requirements for which this Internship program was designed are met. Therefore, the specialist will work with total guarantee and security in the handling of the most innovative technology, as well as in the use of the educational techniques with the best results to date.

The Internship program in Teaching Methods and Personalized Education consists of a 3-week practical internship, from Monday to Friday, with 8 consecutive hours of practical training, always with an assistant specialist. In fact, this internship will allow graduates to work with real students alongside professionals of reference in the area of Teaching Methods and Personalized Education, applying the most innovative procedures and the most current tools in Pedagogy.

In this totally practical training proposal, the activities are aimed at developing and perfecting the skills necessary to develop educational projects in areas and conditions with a high level of qualification, and are oriented to the specific training for the exercise of the activity. It is, without a doubt, an opportunity to learn by working.

The practical part will be carried out with the participation of the student performing the activities and procedures of each area of competence (learning to learn and learning to do), with the accompaniment and guidance of teachers and other fellow trainees that facilitate teamwork and multidisciplinary integration as transversal competencies for educational praxis (learning to be and learning to relate).
