Integrating participatory and financial sustainability models with a strong vision in developing sustainable public space projects, Ms. María Isabel Velázquez Celorio directs the Public Space Projects Area of Parques de México. She has held several management positions in companies such as Arkom Arquitectura and Consultores en Diseño Urbano del Sureste SCP.

In these companies he developed awareness in knowledge management, development of urban projects at metropolitan scale, development of commercial and operational strategies and elaboration of urban development master plans at municipal level. This earned her several awards from entrepreneurship and sustainable development programs, endorsing her work in the urban area.
