Dr. Carlos Velayos Amo is a specialist in Intensive Care Medicine, a discipline he practices in the Intensive Care Medicine Department of the University Hospital of Fuenlabrada.  

His eagerness to improve patient care in this discipline, has led him to conduct numerous investigations related to post-ICU syndrome and hospitalization in projects such as HU-CI or InnovaHUCI. Also, Dr. Carlos Velayos Amo combines his research work with the publication of numerous scientific articles on this medical specialization.
