Dr. Igor Paredes Sansinenea has specialized in endoscopic and open surgery treatments of skull base tumors, especially adenomas, meningiomas or malignant tumors of the cranial base. His other great passion is the more complex diseases of the spine and spinal cord such as fractures and spinal cord injuries. 

He is an extensively trained physician, both academically and practically, through the completion of a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery (Cranioplasty of bone flap replacement on cerebral hemodynamics), a Master's Degree in Sleep and fellowship endorsed by the European Board of Neurological Surgery. Therefore, his career has been recognized numerous times by the Society of Neurosurgery of the Autonomous Community of Madrid with several awards, as well as by the Spanish Society of Neurosurgery with the Sixto Obrador Award in 2019.
