Dr. Juan Mollar Maseres is an expert in Pharmacology and Preventive Medicine, developing an important work as Head of this section at the La Fe University and Polytechnic Hospital. 

Within his health management, he has focused on orienting the service towards quality and clinical safety of patients during hospitalization and the adequacy of stays and admissions in the Pediatric Area. As well as the development of a program for early detection of hearing loss in newborns. 

In this sense, his constant evaluations to Preventive Medicine have driven several lines of research on recommendations on food handling and preservation, for the prevention of Anisaquiasis and Salmonellosis or other bacterial infections.
