Dr. Julio Lorca Gómez has been responsible for the digital transformation of a well-known Spanish insurance company, which has been undergoing major changes in the healthcare area and in the way patient care is presented in recent years. In that sense, he is Director of Development and Digital Health in the Insurance Group and actively promotes the e-Health network in Spanish.

He has also launched the e-Health Foundation and is the Editor of its magazine e-salud.com, thanks to his studies in Medical Health Information Technologies and in Management of Health and Academic Institutions, a fellowship at the Center for Global e-Health Innovation at the University of Toronto in the United States.
