Dr. Marta González Sánchez is a Neurology Specialist with more than a decade of experience in the approach of diseases and conditions related to the correct cognitive development in children and adult patients. She has worked for public companies of national reference such as the Carpetana Medical Center and the 12 de Octubre University Hospital, serving in the latter as an area FEA.  

Among her most outstanding achievements is the outstanding Cum Laude presentation of her doctoral thesis entitled Molecular alterations in early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Identification of potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets. In addition, for the focus of this study on the approach to the decrease in salivary lactoferrin levels in Alzheimer's disease, he received the Santiago Ramón y Cajal 2021 Award for the best article in basic research.
