Dr. Ruth Vera García has dedicated her entire professional career to the knowledge of tumor pathology and Cancer in particular, promoting the health and well-being of thousands of patients affected by this disease. After graduating in Medicine and specializing in this area, she began her career working faithfully in research, publishing dozens of scientific articles related to the multidisciplinary approach to the clinical management of this condition.

The excellence of her work has led her to occupy the position of Head of the Medical Oncology Service at the University Hospital of Navarra, a position she has combined with the Presidency of the Spanish Society of Oncology, an international organization for the study and advancement of medicine focused on cancer pathology in its different stages and representations.
