Dr. Francisco Rodríguez Jerez is a specialist in Pneumology who, throughout his long medical career, has shown a special sensitivity for the field of noninvasive mechanical ventilation. As a result of this and after working as a pulmonologist in several hospitals in Spain, he had the opportunity to coordinate the Non Invasive Mechanical Ventilation Unit of the University Hospital Central de Asturias, as well as the Short Stay Unit and Day Hospital. 

His interest in spreading his knowledge to others led him to coordinate the program of NIV and skills in UCRI of the University Hospital Clínico San Cecilio. Likewise, his passion for teaching has led him to collaborate in university studies related to Health Sciences.
