In fact, Pedro Reig Ruiz has an extensive career as a researcher and is a regular speaker at conferences in his field. Among his lines of research are the figure of Baron de L'Aubespín and his writings on Franche-Comté, analyzing a memorial that the delegate of the governor of Franche-Comté and the Parliament of Dole presented at the Court of Madrid in 1638, or the Modern Society and its privileged status, investigating the incorporation of the Military Orders to the Crown of Castile.
