Experience
With more than 15 years of experience, the Doctor in Laparoscopic Surgery and Scientific Research, Francisco Julián Pérez Duarte has stood out for his innovation and advanced methods of diagnosis and therapy to his small animal patients in different veterinary centers in Spain, until he founded his own company VETMI from where he provides a mobile service of Minimally Invasive Veterinary Surgery and endoscopy to various veterinary centers of reference, especially VETSIA in Madrid.
His career has been based specifically to the scientific study so he is Researcher of the Laparoscopy Unit of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Center Jesús Usón and member of various working groups of societies in this area as AVEPA or the Spanish Association of Minimally Invasive Veterinary Surgery.
He is the author of many scientific papers in national and international journals, as well as book chapters and monographs in Veterinary Surgery. Also, he has been Professor in multiple programs of Minimally Invasive Surgery focused on Veterinary and Human Surgery, presenting numerous papers at national and international congresses.
