Specialized in Intensive Care Medicine, Dr. Laura Colinas Cuevas works as an attending physician at the University Hospital Complex of Toledo. Her passion for this medical area has moved her to take her work a step further, leading studies that demonstrate the increase of resources in echographic hemodynamic monitoring in the critically ill patient. These studies validate the measurement of right cardiac output through the modified subcostal window.  

Likewise, and in the search to improve Intensive Care Medicine in general and Clinical Ultrasound in particular, he is a member of the Spanish Society of Critical Care Ultrasound (ECOCRITIC), which aims to disseminate the ultrasound technique among physicians dedicated to the care of critically ill patients.
