De Gennaro's great capacity for organization and leadership has led him to direct the Sports Area of CD Chamartín Vergara. An entity that has seen him grow professionally in his role as a leader, but also as a coach from the junior to the senior categories.  

His vision of the game, the experience gained from the bench and his communication skills have helped him to get the most out of the teams he has worked with and to develop high-level athletes in volleyball.
