Trained at the prestigious University of Oviedo, in the field of Biology, Carolina Rodríguez Fernández has achieved numerous professional results in recent years. Among them, it stands out her selection, among hundreds of applications, for a position in the prestigious Adknoma Health Research laboratory in Barcelona to investigate bacteria related to food. 

At the same time, she has co-authored several scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and holds two Master's degrees in Food Biotechnology and Clinical Trial Monitoring.
