Dr. Francisca Sonia Molina García is one of the heads of the Fetal Medicine Unit of the San Cecilio University Hospital in Granada. In addition, she combines this activity being Head of the Ultrasound Unit of the Gutenberg Center of Granada.

Reaching this responsibility has been the result of an academic career based on continuous training, which highlights her European Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery, for which she obtained the distinction of Outstanding Cum Laude and received the Extraordinary Award for the best thesis in the field of health of her year. In addition, he completed a subspecialty stay in Fetal Medicine and Surgery at King's College University Hospital, London, under the direction of Professor Kypros Nicolaides, World Leader in this field.  

As a Specialist, she performs more than 2000 High Risk Ultrasounds per year and, throughout his career, she has performed over 700 Fetal Surgery and Therapy procedures and more than 4,000 invasive Prenatal Diagnostic procedures. In addition, she has combined her medical activity being a researcher and author of more than 60 scientific publications in high impact international journals and directing 2 doctoral theses on her specialty.
