Silvia Trescastro López is a Nurse with extensive experience in the exercise of this field within the school environment. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous projects, linked to Primary and Secondary Education Centers.

Many of her researches and scientific articles are focused on food and dietetic activity of children and adolescents. Within this sphere, she has made innovative proposals that have revolutionized food consumption habits in her work space.
