The Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, Mario Herrera Perez, is a medical reference in the field of surgical intervention for pathologies produced in the foot and ankle. Therefore, he masters the most advanced techniques for arthroscopic or minimal incision foot surgery for these types of injuries, as well as has experience in total ankle prosthesis. After years of performing his duties at the highest level, he has been elected Head of the Functional Foot and Ankle Unit at the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
