  • Plan the diagnostic, functional, therapeutic and preventive means that guarantee the full functional recovery of the injured person 
  • Maximize therapeutic resources in the process of caring for the athlete 
  • Integrate therapeutic exercise in health promotion, both in healthy and sick populations 
  • Develop models of care based on the most up-to-date evidence in the most frequent sports settings 
  • Intervene in sphincteric dysfunctions and sports 
  • Use percutaneous and musculoskeletal electrolysis techniques 
  • Apply percutaneous ultrasound-guided neuromodulation 
  • Assess and intervene in spinal injuries 
  • Intervene in upper and lower limb injuries 
  • Work with manual techniques in sports physiotherapy 
  • Perform global postural reduction techniques  
  • Apply therapeutic exercise as injury prevention 
  • Program therapeutic exercises for the recovery of sports injuries

Internship Program in Sports Physiotherapy

Dislocations, sprains, strains, dislocations, muscle inflammation and trauma are a common denominator in sports training. In these eventualities physical therapy rehabilitation represents a fundamental pillar to treat all related problems. For this reason, TECH Global University integrated in its repertoire of programs a Practical Internship Program in Sports Physiotherapy that includes in its curriculum the most updated topics in the market. The contents proposed here range from global postural reeducation, therapeutic exercises in the recovery of the athlete and the management of injuries in the spine, upper and lower limb, to the prevention of trauma and invasive techniques in sport such as percutaneous electrosisis (dry needling). These and other contents will be reinforced through the guidance of a multidisciplinary team, in charge of teaching the lessons in a physiotherapeutic center of high prestige.
