Dr. Pedro Luis Sánchez Fernández has developed his medical career between specialization in Cardiology and research in Biology, Cancer Clinic and Translational Medicine, directing several doctoral theses related to the latter. 

His lines of research have led him to become interested in new technologies and their application in medicine, especially artificial intelligence, maintaining the project "AIIS: Artificial Intelligence, Innovation & Society, the future of medicine" active.
