Manuel Rendueles de la Vega has a PhD in Chemical Engineering with more than 26 years of experience as University Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technology at the University of Oviedo.
He has been recognized for his multiple works in the area, in addition, three projects were recently added to his list of projects as Principal Investigator of the National R&D Plan, among which stands out the one entitled Development of biomaterials from proteins for medical and food purposes.
Expert in Food Biotechnology, Bioprocesses and Adsorption Processes, he has managed to be reviewed in countless scientific media specialized in this field, so he is also called to collaborate with exclusive postgraduate programs in the area of Food Safety and referents.
