Psychologist Leticia León Mateos' main areas of research are Health psychology, statistics and epidemiology, quality of life, ergonomics and occupational health.

Her arduous scientific work has led her to take part in European research projects and to have dozens of publications in high impact scientific journals, as well as her constant participation in national and international conventions where she has given hundreds of presentations.  

Teaching has been part of Dr. León Matos' professional career, as she is an excellent communicator in transmitting to her students her extensive knowledge in the area of healthcare.
