With special interest in both management and coordination as well as in scientific research, Dr. Alberto Gironés Muriel has assumed the position of Coordinator of the Anesthesiology Services of both the Hospital Virgen de la Paloma and the Hospital Sanitas La Moraleja. In the area of research, he is the author of several publications on Septoplasty, Preoperative Anti-aggregation and protocols of action in the Anesthesiology Service. 

In addition, his interest in communication has led him to be a member of the editorial board of the Asociación AnestesiaR, where he is also manager of the electronic journal of the same name. He has also coordinated and developed the website of the Association of Anesthesiologists of the Community of Madrid,
