Dr. Luis Elías Castro Parga is an Anesthesiologist with extensive experience in the Health Sector. As a result of his years of service in Critical Care at the Children's Pain Unit of the University Hospital La Paz, during the worst moment of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, Castro Parga was in charge of the Adult Critical Care Unit of that hospital.  

A constant and tireless work, which is also reflected in the scientific studies in which he delves into the relevance of bilateral monitoring of cerebral oxygenation, the treatment of acute pediatric pain or cardiac arrest related to anesthesia in the Williams-Beuren syndrome.
