The current state of Feline Medicine and Surgery has been evolving in the last years, favored by the technological advances that have allowed the appearance of new techniques and tools that allow to perform successful interventions that are minimally invasive for the animals.  Unfortunately, during their career years, most professionals are not able to specialize in this field, as these are very specific studies that do not have a place during the undergraduate or graduate years, but require extra training through postgraduate studies.
