Mauricio Varela has developed his career as a Bachelor in Physical Education from his passion for teaching Integral Physical Training, providing the Scientific and Technological support that the athlete needs.  

He has dedicated himself to study and update his knowledge in Exercise Programming and Evaluation, and has worked with athletes as well as with people who wish to improve their physical condition, especially older adults. All this experience has allowed him to teach hundreds of people to improve their lifestyle.  

In addition, through ISAK, the International Society for the Advancement of Kineanthropometry, he was trained in Anthropometry and has been dedicated to promoting workshops, events and training in this area.
