Dr. Enrique Sanz Martínez is a Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in Obesity and its Comorbidities, Clinical Nutrition, Malnutrition, Hospitalization and Nutritional Counseling for Patients with Metabolic Syndrome, among others. His work experience has always been linked to Clinical Research, highlighting one of his studies, the multicenter trial PREDIMED PLUS, with great international impact.

In addition, he is a very active professional in the field of clinical nutrition, highlighting his experiences as a Clinical Nutritionist at the Villalba General University Hospital and Rey Juan Carlos University Hospital, where he has worked both in outpatient and inpatient services. 

She is also in charge of teaching group workshops on nutrition, physical activity and behavioral therapy, management and updating of databases, review of diagnostic tests and handling of biological samples.
