The extensive professional career of Dr. Pedro López Pereira has made him participate in a multitude of specialized work teams. Thus, his clinical work has focused especially in the area of Pediatric Urology, being the Chief of this service at the University Hospital La Paz while he is the Head of this section in Area V of Specialized Care in Madrid.

He has also been part of the Pediatric Surgery Area of the Hospital La Candelaria, combining his clinical work with teaching in various academic institutions. In addition, his research interest has focused especially in pathologies related to Urology, such as Posterior Urethral Valves, Hypospadias or Monosymptomatic Enuresis.
