Experience

Dr. María del Mar Gil Mira has had an unparalleled medical career, both from an academic and professional point of view. After completing her degree and her subsequent MIR stay in Gynecology and Obstetrics, she undertook research with the completion of her doctoral thesis, for which she obtained the distinguished Extraordinary Prize of the Autonomous University of Madrid. Thanks to this, she has been assuming more and more responsibilities in the clinical sector, reaching the position of Coordinator of the Obstetrics, Fetal Medicine and Research Area of the University Hospital of Torrejón de Ardoz. 

She has also directed numerous doctoral studies, based on Gynecology and its various fields, combining the research line with teaching in renowned university centers. All this has given him more than enough experience to write several scientific articles indexed in national and international clinical media such as Ultrasound.
