Rocío Carratalá Sáez is a specialist in Parallel and Distributed Computing, who has devoted a large part of her professional career to research. As part of the Trasgo Group, she has oriented her activity towards the study of Parallelization of Linear Algebra Algorithms and High Performance Computing. As a result of his work in this field, he has published several articles in specialized journals.  

Her passion for disseminating her knowledge to future professionals has led her to teach in university studies closely related to Computer Science, as well as in graduate programs related to Mathematics.
