Dr. José Luis Patiño Contreras is an Orthopedic Surgeon with an extensive experience in this field and with a great medical vocation. He has been a volunteer at the Notre Dame de la Santé Hospital in Dschang Cameroon, where he carried out health care and health promotion activities.

After this stage, Patiño Contreras focused his efforts on clinical activity in the Trauma Unit of a prestigious hospital and enhanced his scientific interest. This is why this expert is a regular speaker and attendee at specialized congresses in Orthopedic Surgery, and dedicates his time to the study of bone tumors. Thanks to the collective work in the National Hip Fracture Registry, Patiño Contreras obtained the recognition of the World Health Organization.  

In the field of teaching, Patiño Contreras has taught in academic institutions, specifically to students of Medicine and Physiotherapy.
