Experience

The nurse Mónica Juncos Gonzalo is characterized by having great qualities for leadership and management in the health field, especially in the field of nursing. It is there, where she has developed her professional career, with more than 20 years of experience in adult Critical Care Units.  

Likewise, her great capacity for team coordination and management has led her to be supervisor of the Surgical Critical Care Unit, where she also demonstrates a great commitment to safety, quality and humanization of patients.  At the same time, she has promoted her facet as a researcher, participating in projects oriented to the study of the patient in different situations in Critical Care Units.

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the European University of Madrid. 
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Management and Leadership from the Catholic University of Avila. 
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Processes and Interventions from the Catholic University of Avila.
