José Francisco Catalá Barba is an Electronic Technician specialized in Cybersecurity. He has more than 20 years of experience in the area and has worked in private and public companies such as the Ministry of Defense of Spain. 

From there, he has fulfilled different tasks and responsibilities within the Special Operations Group (GOE III), such as Administration and Incident Management of the Internal Network, Development of Custom Programs for different areas, Robot Programming courses, PLC, Repair and Maintenance. In addition, he offers training to network users and to the group's personnel in general. 

Its main area of knowledge and interest is the Development of Applications for Mobile Devices, among other advanced software solutions. Also, the University Teaching occupies an important place in his career, so he has collaborated for numerous programs of postgraduate and professional training courses.
