Dr. Eva Valverde has extensive experience in the field of Neonatal Neurology, having participated in numerous research projects whose main objectives have been to deepen the knowledge of the etiopathogenesis, treatment and prevention of neurological diseases of the newborn.  

Her great scientific facet is equally brilliant in the field of health care, which has allowed her to occupy positions of maximum responsibility, being head of the Neonatology Section at the University Hospital de la Paz. Likewise, in the teaching field, Valverde has updated the knowledge of professionals in the area of integrated amplitude electroencephalography, neuroimaging, hypothermia and care of the critical neurological patient.
